# Music Exchange

> Music Exchange is a piano retailer founded in 1969 with six showrooms in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento, California. It is a factory-authorized dealer for Yamaha, Bösendorfer and Wm. Knabe, and sells pre-owned Steinway & Sons, Kawai, Boston, Bösendorfer and Yamaha pianos. Product range covers acoustic grand, upright, hybrid and digital pianos.

Showrooms are in Walnut Creek (headquarters), San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Union City and Dublin, all open by appointment. Music Exchange offers a written lowest price guarantee on identical new pianos and a 100% Trade-Up Policy on pianos purchased from the company: 10 years on acoustic grands, uprights and Yamaha Disklavier, TransAcoustic and SILENT models; 1 year on digital pianos and Yamaha AvantGrand hybrids. Delivery is handled in-house within California.
