About acoustic pianos

Acoustic pianos can be found in homes, practice rooms, teaching studios, institutions, and concert stages across the world. With no digital elements, this piano relies solely on its organic materials and fine craftsmanship to emit a stunning sound. When a key is pressed down, a hammer strikes a strike string which then transmits sound to the soundboard and then reverberates throughout the frame of the piano.

No matter if it’s a small acoustic piano or a concert grand piano, these instruments have remained coveted for centuries, assisting both new and professional players in bringing music to life.

Grand pianos

In an acoustic grand piano, the strings and soundboard lay horizontally. Those with space permitting may prefer this piano due to its aesthetic beauty, robust sound, and gravity-based action.

Upright pianos

In an upright acoustic piano, the strings and soundboard are arranged vertically. With its compact form, those with limited space may prefer an upright piano.
