How it Works
Fill Out the Form
A member of our team will be in contact to let you know if your piano qualifies for our consignment program.
Learn Its Value
If your piano qualifies, our appraiser will evaluate your piano to determine its value and the amount you will receive when your piano sells. If you agree to move forward, an official agreement will be sent to you.
Schedule the Move
We will coordinate a time to pick up your piano, bring it to our showroom, tune it, and prepare it for resale.
Get Paid
After your piano has been sold and moved to its new home, a check will be mailed to you for the agreed amount.

We are looking for brand name pianos in good condition. Piano brands we consider include: Yamaha, Steinway & Sons, Bösendorfer, and Schimmel pianos. For more information, call one of our stores.
We do not do appraisals. Inquire with a piano technician near you for an appraisal.
Yes, we do accept trade-ins. We will assess the value of your piano and apply the value towards your new purchase.
After the piano has been moved to its new home, we will notify you, and a check for the agreed upon amount will be mailed to the address you provided.
