Music Background: I began playing piano at the age of 6. I began formal study at age 9, with Edith G. Sturgeon. I continued to study classical music attending the S.F. Conservatory and I also studied with James A. Gardner.
I have been teaching for over 20 years years and I love it!
My students participate in the annual CM program and many of them have performed in the Branch Honors. My students who perform in Honors Recital for Contra Costa Branch of MTAC also have performed in the CC Branch Sonata Contest.
