Whether you’re looking to transition to a higher-quality instrument or simply refreshing your musical space, our trade-in program provides a convenient and cost-effective option.
We consider all trade-ins, even if you purchased your pre-loved piano from another store or individual. If you previously purchased your piano from us, you may be eligible for a 100% trade-up credit.
Our 100% Trade-Up Policy
We understand that overtime your musical needs may change, which is why we offer our 100% Trade-Up Policy on all pianos purchased at our store. You can buy with ease knowing that if you decide to upgrade the piano you purchased from us, 100% of your original investment will go towards your next piano purchased at Music Exchange. To qualify for the 100% Trade-Up, the piano you upgrade to must be traded in within the specified timeframe and must be at least 2x the value of the original purchase price.
